Scheduling sessions and using the calendar
Creating training sessions, matches and events, overriding a venue for one week, and reminder emails.

A session is one dated instance of training. It belongs to a sport, usually to a group, and can have a coach and a venue. Sessions come in three types — training, match and event — which is what lets you keep a fixture out of your attendance percentages.
Moving one week's session
Sessions inherit their group's home venue, but each one can override it. Change the venue on the single session rather than editing the group, or you will move every future week too.
Reminders
Session reminder emails go out on a daily schedule and are idempotent — a session cannot generate two reminders even if the job runs twice.
The club calendar shows a month view across every sport at once, which is the fastest way to spot a venue clash before it happens.
