Reading your attendance and progress reports
Attendance rate by athlete, trends, session fill rates, and what the numbers actually count.

Reporting answers the two questions committees actually ask: who is drifting away, and which sessions are not worth running.
| Report | Tells you |
|---|---|
| Attendance rate by athlete | Who is attending and who is slipping |
| Attendance trend | Whether the club is going up or down over time |
| Session fill rates | Which sessions are consistently under-attended |
| Skill pass rates | Where athletes get stuck in your syllabus |
| Progress summary | How a sport is moving as a whole |
Attendance rate counts Present against all marked attendances. Excused absences are recorded but do not count against an athlete, which is why the distinction between Absent and Excused matters when taking the register.
Attendance rate is measured across the last twelve months, so it reflects the club as it is now rather than being dragged by history from several seasons ago.
Reporting is a Pro feature.
