What Starter and Pro include, how to upgrade or cancel, and what happens to your data if you downgrade.

There are two plans. Starter is free, for up to 50 athletes with one sport, one group and one venue. Pro is £29.99 a month, or £299 a year, and removes every limit.

Changing plan
Upgrade and cancellation are both self-serve from Settings → Plan & billing, which also opens the billing portal for card details, invoices and receipts.
Reaching a limit never deletes anything. If you drop to Starter with more than 50 athletes, every record stays and stays visible — you are simply prevented from adding more until you are back under the limit or back on Pro.
Larger clubs
Pro has no athlete cap, so a club of any size can run on it. If you need something arranged differently, get in touch and we will talk it through.
