Your child's scorecard and coaching feedback

What the scorecard shows, what the levels mean, and where to find a coach's notes.

Parents & guardiansReviewed 5 September 2026

Scorecard shows the skills your club teaches and where your child is with each one. It updates when a coach assesses them — you do not need to ask for a report.

The four levels

Every athlete sits at one of four levels in each sport: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Pro. Moving up assigns the next level's skills, so the scorecard grows as they progress.

Your club may use its own names for these stages when talking to you. The underlying four are fixed, so the wording on screen and the wording at the trackside can differ.

Coaching Feedback

Separately from the scorecard, coaches can write notes about your child. Those appear under Coaching Feedback — worth checking before a parents' evening.

If the scorecard is empty, your club may not be using the progression side of Proletics yet. That is a club decision, not a fault.
