Writing coaching notes

Where notes appear, and who reads them.

CoachesStaffReviewed 5 September 2026

You can write notes against an individual athlete — an observation, something to work on, something that went well.

Parents can read these. They appear in the family's portal under Coaching Feedback. Write them as something you would be content for a parent to read, because they will.

That is a feature rather than a limitation: a note a parent can see saves a conversation at pick-up, and it means a parents' evening starts from a shared record instead of a coach's memory.

Notes can be exported per athlete, which is useful when an athlete moves squads or a new coach takes over.
