Signing in for the first time
Where to sign in, what to do if the invitation never arrived, and why you may not be able to see your child yet.

Your club sends you an invitation by email. Open it, set a password, and you are in.
You sign in at your club's own address, not a general Proletics page. It will look like
proletics.club/your-club or, if your club has its own address, something like yourclub.proletics.club. Bookmark whichever link your club gave you.The invitation never arrived
- Check your spam folder — it comes from an address you have never had mail from before.
- Check the club has the right email address for you. A single typo is the usual cause.
- Ask the club to send it again rather than signing up separately, or you will end up with two accounts and neither linked to your child.
You are signed in but cannot see your child
Being a member of the club and being linked to your child are two different things. If the club has not linked you yet, you will see the portal but nothing in it.
The most common cause is that you signed in with a different email address from the one the club linked to your child. They must match exactly. Ask the club which address they have on file.
