The schedule, and telling the club if your child cannot make it
Where to find upcoming sessions and how to let the coach know in advance.

Schedule shows your child's upcoming sessions with the time and place. If your club sends reminders, you will also get an email before each one.
Telling the club in advance
Against a session you can mark whether your child is coming. There are two options:
- Going — you expect them to be there.
- Cannot make it — they will be absent, and you are telling the club beforehand.
It is worth doing. An absence you have flagged in advance is recorded as excused and does not count against your child's attendance record. An unexplained absence does.
The coach may change it afterwards
What you set is what you expect to happen. The coach takes a register at the session itself, and that is the record of what actually happened — so if your child says they are going and then does not attend, the coach's mark is what stands. That is normal and not a mistake.
