The Data Processing Agreement
Why you are asked to accept a DPA, and what to do when the whole admin area redirects you to it.

Under GDPR Article 28, a controller and a processor need a written agreement covering how personal data is handled. Your club is the controller and Proletics is the processor, so a club admin must accept the DPA before working in the club.

Every admin page is sending me to the DPA
That is the gate working. It happens when the DPA has been updated to a new version and your club has only accepted the previous one. Read the current version and accept it, and the admin area unlocks immediately.
This is a hard gate rather than a banner, on purpose: it is the legal basis for processing your members' data, so it cannot be dismissed and left.
