Broadcasts
A broadcast is one message to a whole audience at once — everyone, coaches, parents or athletes — and can be scoped to a single sport or group. This is the "training is cancelled, the track is frozen" tool.
Recipients get an email notification of a new message, so a broadcast reaches families who have not opened the portal that day.
Broadcasts are a Pro feature. Direct messages and the inbox are available on every plan.
