Most clubs charge a second or third child less. Rather than editing every invoice, set a discount rule and let it apply itself when invoices are raised.
You can also set a per-athlete fee override for a single family — a bursary, a hardship rate, or a negotiated price for a coach's own children — without changing the fee everyone else pays.
Overrides are per athlete and per fee, so a family can have a reduced rate on one sport and pay standard on another.
