Paying an invoice

How to pay, what to do when there is no Pay button, and what “I've paid this” actually does.

Invoices shows what you owe for each child, when it is due, and what has already been paid.

If there is a Pay now button

Your club takes payment online. You can pay by card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The invoice is marked paid automatically once the money clears — you do not need to tell anyone.

If there is no Pay now button

Your club collects money another way — usually standing order or bank transfer. Their instructions are shown on the same screen, including the reference to use. Use that reference: it is how the club matches your payment to your child.

The I've paid this button does not mark the invoice as paid. It tells the club you believe you have paid, so someone can check the bank and confirm. The invoice stays open until they do — that is deliberate, not a bug.

If an invoice looks wrong, message the club through the Inbox rather than paying it and sorting it out afterwards.
